How early can we get in to decorate? The night before?

Only certified service dogs are allowed on the premises.

Chef will make this call, please expect an upcharge.

Yes, ALL gluten free meals or any special dietary needs meal must be submitted to the coordinator 8 business days prior to the event, NOT the day of. All gluten free meals are Chef’s choice.

The Fairways prefers all belongings be removed the day/night of event, Fairways is not responsible for any left behind or lost items.

Approval / permission to go out on the golf course is per the Pro shop manager or course Superintendent.  If a tournament is in progress or there is a heavy presence of golfers, couples will not be allowed to go out on the course until the course has thinned out of players. In addition, in the event of inclement weather no one is allowed on the course.

: All prices are the same for Saturday and Sunday, Sundays we relax the required number of adult guests to 80.

Reception times can be extended with a 24 hour advanced notice, the fee is $700.00 per hour, please refer to page 11 of the Wedding menu.

Yes, for an additional $150.00 per hour those who need additional time may do so.

: Per the management the Brewery does not close for private events such as cocktail hours.

No, all food must be prepared by the FOH kitchen and served by the FOH staff. The only exception is desserts such as wedding cakes and or cupcakes.

No, the FOH offers group tastings, date and times to be determined by management.

No, deposits are not refundable or transferable, please refer to page 12, first paragraph of the Wedding menu.

No alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought in or consumed on the property.

No to-go boxes are allowed for any buffet at the FOH, plated meals served by the staff are the exception.

80 white folding chairs are included & will be placed at the ceremony site. If additional chairs are required, couples may rent additional chairs from an outside source of their choice. If additional chairs are rented & need to be set up and broken down by the FOH staff there is an additional fee of $4.00 per chair.
