A non-refundable deposit of $ 800.00 and a signed contract is required in order to secure a date for your reception. The full deposit will be applied to your final bill. Deposits may be made in cash, bank check, money order or credit card; we accept Visa and Mastercard. Contracts must be signed by both the wedding coordinator and the client to be valid.
Pricing is for 2012 only. Prices are valid from 1/1/12 – 12/31/12.

Sales Tax & Gratuity
Weddings are subject to a New York State sales tax of 7% and a gratuity of 19% which will be added to your final bill.
All receptions are based on five (5) hours of room use. Doors will be opened to your guests at the specified begin time. Guests will not be allowed in the banquet room before this time. In the event of early arrivals the guests will be directed to our club house (subject to availability). The maximum seating capacity is 250 people.
Gazebo & Wedding Rehearsals
Use of our white wedding gazebo for your ceremony is available at no additional charge. Decorating the gazebo is subject to approval. Wedding rehearsals will be directed by the Wedding Coordinator at the convenience of the bridal party and subject to availability.
